Technology for Inspiration Initiative (InspireIT) is a registered Nonprofit Organization that promotes science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education and digital literacy for girls and women while also carrying out research studies to understand barriers and challenges that prevent girls and women from pursuing careers in STEM.
Since 2014, we have trained and mentored more than 5555 girls and 150 women from different countries.
We are working tirelessly towards getting more young girls and women digitally skilled,help them build strong foundation in science subjects and pursue careers in STEM.

Nuela Adanna Ononiwu

Nuela Adanna Ononiwu is the Founder of InspireIT. Holds Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. Her vision is to see a world where women are connected through mentoring. She is an IT Consultant and has consulted for non-governmental organisations and small businesses.
Tan Poh Ching
Tan Poh Ching is a 3rd generation overseas Chinese residing in Singapore. Supported own tertiary education for Bachelor and Masters business Degrees. Working in education sector whether part-time or full-time or freelance for more than ten years. Have been an online volunteer for various international women’s groups and active social media user, advocating and championing for empowerment of women. Feel strongly for gender equality matters.
